Return request is available within 7 days after delivery for any reason.

All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, labels, and packing. Electronics must be packed with the original seal, unopened, and does not affect the secondary sales or return will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue.

  2. Return Conditions：

If items have quality issues, online return submission is available within 3 days after delivery.

Qatar customers: Door-to-Door pickup service and self-return are available.

Other cities’ customers: Currently only self-return is available.

Return Shipping Cost

If you choose Door-to-Door pickup service, the return shipping cost will be paid by Buynowchina directly, and if you choose to replace, you are required to pay the return shipping cost first and 10QAR depends of your zone area will be charge to your as return shipping cost compensation along with the items’ price. If the return total cost is below 200QAR, please contact customer service to refund the difference.
